A $300 deposit is required to reserve your dates along with a completed contract.

Same time next year?  --  You have two weeks from the completion of your retreat to book the same weekend next year.

We excited to have you at Valhalla Retreat and we know you're excited to stay with us; but sometimes other things come up (life!) which require a cancellation.  For that reason, we offer the following cancellation policy:

​

• If you cancel or reschedule your dates a minimum of 60 days prior to your retreat start date, your fees are fully refundable.

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 60 days prior to your start date, the deposit will be forfeited unless a replacement group is found.  If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat date.

• If you cancel or reschedule within a 30 day period prior to your start date, you will be charged the amount of your final invoice unless you can find a replacement group to take your reservation.
